All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Every item is individually crafted by hand, and slight imperfections are to be expected. These unique details are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind and should not be considered defects.

However, if your item arrives with damage caused by craftsmanship, please contact us via email with a description of the issue and clear photos of the piece. We will review your request and work with you to resolve the problem.
